🚙 Drop-off Shortcut
If friends or family are dropping you off, they can enter from the Harbor Blvd and 1st St intersection. This bypasses some of the traffic at the main entrance.
🏢 We’re at Berth 93
Brilliant Lady is scheduled for Berth 93 and you’ll likely see her towering over the terminal building when you arrive.
If you’re driving up to the terminal for drop-off, go pass Berth 91, the road will turn left, then keep right for the Berth 93 curbside drop-off area.

🕑 When to Arrive at the Cruise Port
Arrive at the time you chose in the Virgin Voyages app during the online check-in process. Tap Embarkation on the home screen in the app to see the time you chose.
Don’t arrive too much earlier than your selected arrival time, you’ll just be spending extra time in line and they might make you wait until your selected time.
Boarding will start roughly around 2pm (though this can vary) so avoid arriving way earlier in hopes of boarding early.
If you’re driving and want to arrive early to increase your chances of a good parking spot, I recommend strolling out of the port to one of the local cafes or restaurants in for lunch (about a 15 minute walk) or tour the .
I recommend everyone arrive by 4pm to avoid being late. Remember, ships don’t wait!
